Because coffee is a perishable good, we do not accept any returns of coffee once delivered. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with our product, please contact us within 30 days of your order date so we can offer a solution.
General order issues
If you notice your shipment was never delivered, contact us ASAP so we can send a replacement.
If your shipment arrives damaged or with the wrong product(s), please contact us ASAP with a photo and description of the issue so we can fix it.
